Open drawings with the Viewer (even CAD formats)

Using the Viewer you can view drawings on your monitor without having the corresponding software installed on your computer – e.g. if you like to view DWG files and you do not have a CAD software installed.

  1. Filter the drawings you want to view.
  2. Mark the drawing.
  3. Click on the "Viewer" button and select the "Viewer" option.
  4. The viewer opens in a separate window and displays the drawing.

You can find a list of all supported file types in the PDF at the end of this article.

With the viewer you can even compare 2 revisions of a drawing. For further information refer to Compare revisions with the viewer.
