admin_icon.png   In the administration application you have the following functions:

  1. Main Application screen with quick links for important or often needed functions.
  2. Your Participant profile: Change your e-mail address in this project and make helpful personal project settings.
  3. Project profile: Change project settings like project name, project short cut (for the subject of notification e-mails), logo, e-mail, ...
  4. Participants management: Invite or add new participants or deactivate participants.
  5. External contacts: Maintain e-mail addresses of externals that do not have access to the project space for communication purposes.
  6. Group management: Create groups for permissions and as communication groups.
  7. Role management: Control you can use which functions and applications.
  8. Categories: Using categories you can filter drawings and documents due to defined properties.
  9. Imports: Import of matrices for the group, folder properties and permission management.
  10. Close project: This function is not available until it is enabled by conject.
