When you try to login to pm. you get an error message "Username or password not correct". Do the following checks:

• Check if you entered your username correctly. Note that is needs to be at least 5 characters long and that it is case-sensitive.
  
  
• Check if you entered your password correctly. Note that is needs to be at least 8 characters long and contains at least one digit and one special character. The password is case-sensitive too.
  
  
• If you forgot your password, then click on the following link and follow the instructions:
  Recover your password
  
  

• To recover your password you need to have your username. If you do not remember your username click on the following link:
  Request your username

If you still cannot login although you have entered your login credential correctly, check if ...:

• a pop-up blocker is enabled
• your browser accept cookies
• JavaScript is enabled in your browser
• and encryption via https is enabled
  
  

Note: You can check these settings with our system check as well.
