User registration and access to projects

To get access to projects you need to have a registered pm. user - this means that you already have your own user name and password for pm. Additionally the administrator of a project needs to send you an invitation by e-mail in order to give your user access to the project.


Depending on if you already registered, received an invitation or already have access to projects, one of the following steps will surely help you:

  • If you received an invitation to a project by e-mail, then head on to the project activation.
  • If you want to trial pm., then contact our sales team.
  • If you already have a registered pm. user with your own user name and password and already have access to projects, then you can login to your projects here.
icon-achtung-blau-web.jpg Note: If you need access to an active project but you did not receive an invitation by e-mail yet, then please contact the administrator of the project or our Support Team and ask to get an invitation.

If the administrator already send you an invitation by e-mail but you did not receive the e-mail, then check whether the e-mail was blocked by your spam filter or was moved to the spam folder.
