We developed and released the following new features for you:

SmartFlows - Upload drawings while sending a SmartFlow

As the contractor/designer you deliver drawings for an approval or for execution. So far you need to upload first your drawings and afterwards attach it to a SmartFlow for delivering.

With this release you just need to start a SmartFlow and attach your drawings. When you attach your drawings select the option "Multiple files + Upload to Drawings" and your selected files are uploaded automatically to the drawings application with sending. Of course pm. checks if the file name of the selected drawings match the naming convention.

Furthermore you are able to start a SmartFlow within the drawings application. With a click on the button "Upload drawings" the selection of your SmartFlows is offered to deliver and upload drawings:

Communication - Ability to search for a combination of sender and recipient

You want to find out what has been sent to a project participant or distribution list by your colleague. With the coming release you´ll be able to search for a combination of senders and recipients:

Administration - Deactivate multiple users in administration

As an administrator you can now deactivate multiple users in one step. Just mark the participants and click on the button "Deactivate".

SmartFlows - Excel export for MAR, MSS, SAR and SUB approval report

Now all excel exports of all approval reports include the review step.

Before only the export for the drawing approval report contained the review step. For more information read our previous release note.
