We developed and released the following new features for you:

"Start a Review" for every approval request (MAR, MSS, SAR, SUB)

As for a Drawing Approval you can now start a "Review" directly within a received Request for Approval for material, method statement, subcontractor or other.

Analogously to the existing RFCs it’s possible to address multiple reviewers in one step. Each reviewer then gets a separate request with the same content. When replying, the reviewer can now set an approval recommendation:

After having received the results of the reviews you are now in a position to comfortably respond to the Approval Request.
A summary of the review results will be shown within your request’s response:

Follow up on all approval processes

Keep an overview across all approval requests and reviews by switching between the different approval types.

In the Approval Report you can easily follow up on due dates of approval requests and reviews. You can see for which approval request a review has been started or finished. You are able to see the progress and current status of the review, check details and find out if all required reviewers have been involved.

Drawing Review is part of the Drawing Approval Report excel export

All information regarding a drawing review are now contained in the excel export as well. To get a export to excel click on "Approval Reports" in the company view. Now select the approval report for "Drawings" and in the right upper corner click on .

Up to now the excel export is only available for the drawing approval report. For all other approval reports we currently develop this feature for you and will release it soon.
