Use review comments for your response

Having received a Request for Drawing Approval (DAR), you start the Drawing Review and receive comments.

With the coming release you are able to comfortably add these review comments to your DAR response. You can add written comments in the message field, revised drawings or attached summary file with comments. All review results from all reviewers will be added, just remove those comments you not agree with or add your own comments.

Reviewers are able to mark drawings as "not relevant"

Reviewers receive normally the complete drawing package including in a Drawing Approval Request. But not each reviewer is able to check each drawing, because some of the drawings are not in his scope of responsibility. With the coming release he is able to mark these drawings as "not relevant" – no need to "reject" or reply partially anymore:

DAR report shows also SmartFlows received in Cc

The client wants to know the project progress, therefore the client becomes informed in Cc when a DAR is send.

Now also Cc-recipients are able to follow-up on the drawing approval process, because the Drawing Approval Report will show also SmartFlows received in Cc.
